Paper Prints Policy

The Journal of Biopharmaceutics and Clinical Pharmacy (JBCP) is primarily an open-access, online-only journal dedicated to promoting global accessibility, sustainability, and unrestricted dissemination of scientific knowledge. All published articles are freely available in digital format. However, to support authors, institutions, and research organizations that require physical copies, JBCP offers a print-on-demand service.

1. Availability of Printed Materials

Printed versions are available upon request in the following formats:

  • Individual Article Prints: Single article copies for authors or readers.
  • Issue-Based Prints: Complete journal issues in printed format.
  • Institutional Orders: Bulk printing for universities, libraries, and research centers.
  • Special Editions: Thematic or conference-based compilations for academic events or workshops.

2. Request Procedure

Requests for printed copies must be submitted to the editorial office via email. Each request should include:

  • Full name of requester
  • Article title(s) or issue details
  • DOI or volume/issue number
  • Number of copies required
  • Complete postal address (including postal code)
  • Contact email and phone number
  • Preferred shipping method (standard or express)

3. Printing and Shipping Charges

All print-on-demand services are subject to printing, handling, and delivery charges. Costs may vary depending on:

  • Number of pages per document
  • Quantity of copies requested
  • Delivery destination (national or international)
  • Urgency of delivery (standard or express service)

A quotation and invoice will be provided upon request. Printing will begin after payment confirmation.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic Deliveries: 7–10 working days
  • International Deliveries: 14–21 working days (subject to postal services)
  • Express Delivery: Available upon request at additional cost

5. Print Quality and Specifications

  • All printed materials are professionally bound.
  • Standard format: A4 size on high-quality paper.
  • Includes journal branding, ISSN, DOI, and publication details.
  • Color printing is available for figures, charts, and images when required.

6. Terms of Use

  • Printed copies are intended for academic, educational, or institutional use only.
  • Commercial reproduction or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.
  • All copyright remains with the authors and/or journal as per the copyright policy.
  • The journal reserves the right to refuse print requests that do not comply with ethical or publication policies.

  • Authors may receive discounted rates for personal print copies of their own work.
  • Academic institutions and libraries may be eligible for bulk order discounts.
