All articles published in the Journal of Biopharmaceutics and Clinical Pharmacy (JBCP) are made openly available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

This license allows users to freely share, copy, distribute, transmit, adapt, and build upon the published material for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the journal, a link to the license is included, and any changes made are clearly indicated.

1. Author Copyright

Authors retain full copyright of their work. By submitting and publishing with JBCP, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right of first publication and authorize the distribution of their work under the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license.

2. Rights of Use and Redistribution

Users, including researchers, educators, and institutions, are permitted to reuse, reproduce, archive, translate, and adapt published content in any format or medium.
