Open Access Statement

The Journal of Biopharmaceutics and Clinical Pharmacy (JBCP) is an open-access scholarly journal dedicated to ensuring that all published content is freely and permanently available to the global research community without financial, legal, or technical restrictions.

All users are granted unrestricted rights to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of published articles. Content may also be reused, shared, and adapted for any lawful purpose, provided that appropriate attribution is given to the original authors and the journal. No prior permission from the publisher or authors is required for such use.

This open-access policy fully complies with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), which defines open access as free availability of scholarly literature with permission for unrestricted use and distribution.

JBCP has followed an open-access publishing model since its establishment in 2024. This policy applies to all current and future issues of the journal, ensuring continuous and unrestricted access to published research.
